Polysymnography Test (Level 2)

Polysomnography (PSG), or sleep study, is a comprehensive test for sleep disorders. It records brain waves, blood oxygen, heart rate, breathing, and movements. It’s ideal for diagnosing and adjusting treatment for conditions like obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Device: Alice PDX. Channels: ECG, EEG, Thoracic and Abdominal belts, SpO2, Nasal cannula, Oral thermistor. Duration: Overnight.

 
 
 

Home Sleep Testing (Level 3)

Home sleep testing (HST) is a diagnostic tool used to assess sleep disorders in the comfort of one’s own home.

 

Sleep Apnea Screening Test (Level 4)

A basic do-at-home test to detect if you have sleep apnea. Ideal for those who do not want to wait for a more detailed Polysomnography Test. This study detects the Apnea Hypoapnea Index (AHI), indicating if you have a sleep disorder and how serious it is. Device Used: R U Sleeping Channels:Nasal cannula Test Duration: Overnight
